2-person or solo teams.
50, 100 or 200 miles.
1 goal: eRACE Racism.
Run, walk or hike anywhere in the world between August 1st and 31st.

It's going to take our entire community and teamwork to affect real change. And, yes! Men can join us in this movement as well!

Join us to show the world that we run together against discrimination, prejudice and racism. We run for real change and that starts with one sister (or mister) at a time reaching across the race lines. Running is our vehicle and connection is our superpower. Invite your friends (open to men and women) to team up for this important virtual event!

How it Works

Register.

Choose your shirt color and style. Register by August 1 to get your gear during the challenge.

Connect. If you choose to be on a team, you will be linked with a running partner or you can choose your own. We’ll share your contact information with your running pal and then you choose how and when to connect.

Run, walk or hike.

Log your miles between August 1 and August 31. If you are on a team, you and your running pal are going for a combined total.

Celebrate.

Once the challenge is over if you hit your mileage goal, we’ll send out your medal!

Sound confusing? Don’t worry! We’ll explain everything in more detail in your confirmation email. In the meantime email clt@s2fsupport.freshdesk.com with questions.

You can run anywhere in the world, but you and your running pal will virtually follow the path of the historic Journey of Reconciliation. Each route is a portion of this multi-race effort to end racism and you will be able to follow along as you log your miles on an interactive map.

“My partner, Faye, and I completed our 100 mile challenge by mid-June, before we could even say “Juneteenth”! From Memphis TN to Northwest Washington, we hit pavement and trails and connected on Facebook to get to know each other. Since I’m traveling in her part of the country next month, we are hoping to meet face to face if we can coordinate our time! I’m looking forward to a blossoming new friendship, while simultaneously continuing to learn more about inequities and how I can be a part of the solution.” ~ 2021 participant
